Fully enclosed robot track

$1.00

A fully enclosed robot track, also known as the seventh axis of an industrial robot or the robot’s walking axis, is a linear mobile device used to expand the working range of industrial robots. The equipment uses a servo motor to drive a rack and pinion transmission, enabling the robot to move stably and precisely back and forth along the track. One robot can serve multiple workstations, making it suitable for automated scenarios such as material handling, welding, palletizing, loading and unloading, painting, assembly, and inspection.

The fully enclosed structure houses the guide rail, rack, cable chain, and main transmission components inside a protective cover, effectively reducing the ingress of dust, welding slag, oil, and foreign objects. This minimizes the impact of the external environment on equipment operation and improves the cleanliness and safety of the production site.

Product features
Fully enclosed protection design

The equipment adopts an integral metal protective cover to protect the guide rails, racks and internal transmission components, which can reduce the entry of dust, iron filings, welding slag and debris, making it suitable for industrial production sites with complex environments.

Strong carrying capacity

The main body is designed with high-strength steel structure, which has good overall rigidity and stable load-bearing. It can be customized according to the robot model, the weight of the mobile platform and the workpiece load to meet the needs of light-load, medium-load and heavy-load robots.
