I. Core Structure
Rack: Long, toothed strip (alloy steel), fixed to the base, can be multi-segmented, with a stroke of tens of meters.
Gear (Pinus): Equipped with a servo/stepper motor and reducer, meshes with the rack to drive the slide.
Slide (Slide Base): Heavy-duty platform, holds the load, connected to a linear guide rail (roller type), providing stable guidance and high rigidity.
Drive and Backlash Elimination: Servo motor + planetary reducer + backlash elimination mechanism eliminates backlash, resulting in more accurate positioning.
Protection: Bellows cover/sheet metal dustproof and weld slag-proof, suitable for harsh working conditions.
II. Working Principle
The rotation of the motor, reducer, and gear meshes with the fixed rack: the gear “walks,” driving the slide to perform linear reciprocating motion along the guide rail, converting rotational motion into linear motion.

Heavy Load: Load capacity up to tons, high rigidity, and resistance to overturning torque. Long stroke: Spliced rack and pinion mechanism, unlimited stroke (3m/10m/20m+), no sag or vibration.
High speed: 1-2m/s, much faster than ball screws.

Accuracy: Repeatability ±0.05-±0.1mm, even higher with backlash elimination.

V. Comparison with other modules
