II. Working Principle
The motor drives the ball screw to rotate, and the screw nut rotates linearly, synchronously driving the slide to slide smoothly along the guide rail, completing precise linear conveying, positioning, and transfer actions.
III. Main Features
High Precision: Repeat positioning accuracy up to ±0.03mm, suitable for precision machining, inspection, and sorting scenarios;
Smooth Operation: Smooth transmission, low noise, and good start-stop buffering;
Strong Self-Locking: Not easy to slip after power failure, high load safety;
Moderate Load: Suitable for light and medium load conditions, not suitable for ultra-heavy loads;
Limited Stroke: Long stroke is prone to lead screw sag and vibration, generally used for short and medium strokes.
